Quotes and contracts
Website information is for initial guidance. Sending an enquiry does not place an order, reserve a date or conclude a contract. Scope, materials, price, VAT, timing and payment terms are confirmed in an individual quote and agreement before contracting. The company is registered for VAT.
Painting calculator
The calculator gives a non-binding indicative estimate from your floor area and simplified assumptions: walls equal 2.5 times the floor area, and including a ceiling adds one floor area. Painting is calculated at EUR 5 per estimated square metre of paintable surface. Space protection is a separate item at EUR 3 per square metre of floor area, without the wall or ceiling multiplier. The total estimate adds painting and space protection. Actual dimensions, surface condition, preparation, height, materials, access and other work may change the price. Tax treatment and the final VAT-inclusive amount will be clearly stated in the individual quote; the calculator result is not a final amount payable.

Written consumer complaints
Send written complaints to [email protected] or by post to ZNAOR GRADNJA j.d.o.o. za usluge, Ulica Drage Gervaisa 36, 10090 Zagreb, Croatia. We acknowledge receipt without delay and reply in writing within 15 days of receipt, clearly stating whether the complaint is accepted and the grounds for our response. Customers are not received at the registered office. These terms do not limit rights under mandatory law.
