An indicative estimate for wall and ceiling painting, plus space protection based on floor area. The final price depends on actual measurements, surface condition and the scope of work.
Floor area is different from painting area. We estimate walls as floor area × 2.5; when selected, the ceiling adds the floor area.
The 2.5 factor is a rough assumption. Actual wall area depends on room layout, partitions, ceiling heights, openings and other conditions.
This indicative estimate uses a rate of €5.00 per m². The final amount is agreed after inspecting the space and discussing the work.
Space protection is calculated separately: floor area × €3.00/m², without the wall or ceiling multiplier.
Surface preparation and repairs, decorative finishes, materials and tax treatment may affect the final price. The quote confirms whether materials and VAT are included.
